Community guidelines

Last updated: April 2026. These rules apply to everyone who uses TumiTrust, including community areas, profiles, messages, posts, comments, uploads, and any other user-generated or shared content in our apps and services.

By using TumiTrust you also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must follow applicable laws and these Community Guidelines everywhere you use TumiTrust.

1. Respect and safety

Treat others with respect. Do not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or stalk anyone. Do not incite violence or coordinate harm. Do not promote self-harm or dangerous activities. Hateful conduct targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.

2. No nudity or sexual content

Nudity is not allowed on TumiTrust. Do not post, share, request, or solicit nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit images, video, audio, or text. Do not share pornography or content intended primarily for sexual gratification. Do not sexualise minors or expose minors to inappropriate content. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation material; we report such content to competent authorities and child-safety organisations as required by law.

3. Illegal and harmful activity

Do not use TumiTrust for fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal purpose. Do not buy, sell, or promote illegal goods or services. Do not share instructions to commit crimes or serious harm.

4. Honesty and identity

Do not impersonate individuals, organisations, or TumiTrust staff. Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or financial status in a way that could mislead others. Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, or community trust signals.

5. Privacy and data

Protect other people’s privacy. Do not share someone else’s personal, financial, or identification data without their clear permission. Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Spam and platform abuse

Do not spam, scrape, or overload our systems. Do not distribute malware or attempt to break security. Automated or bulk misuse of the service is prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

Only share content you have the right to share. Respect copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms. We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or to protect safety. Nothing in these guidelines limits our obligations to report illegal content to authorities where the law requires.
